Anaergia’s proprietary dewatering technology dewaters digestate in preparation for downstream value extraction or use. Our slow speed and low energy-load equipment is designed to create long duty cycles and be virtually maintenance-free.

Our unique AMR™ ammonia recovery technology uses waste heat to extract more than 90% of the nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus from high strength waste streams such as filtrate from dewatering.

And our advanced digestate drying systems further reduce moisture content from dewatered biosolids without producing dust. Our equipment can operate using available on-site low-grade waste heat.

With our PyroSys™ pyrolysis system, dewatered sludge can be converted into Class A-EQ pyrolyzed biosolids. The fully-automated process reduces dewatered biosolids volumes by 10x, and even eliminates contaminants of emerging concern (CECs), including PFAS and PFOA.
